How quickly can you arrive after I call?
We are proud of how quickly we respond! Our tow truck usually gets to you within 30 to 45 minutes of your call, but this can change depending on where you are and how busy the roads are. We put dispatch first in emergencies, and we often get there even faster. When you call, our dispatcher will tell you when they think they will arrive.
Is my vehicle safe during towing?
The safety of your car is our top priority! All of our tow truck drivers have received professional training and certification in how to tow safely. We use modern, well-kept tools and make sure your car is safe before we move it. We’re also fully licensed, bonded, and insured, so your car is safe the whole time
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept a number of payment methods for your convenience, such as cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), and debit cards. If you have roadside assistance coverage through your insurance or auto club, we can often bill your provider directly. Just have your policy information ready when you call.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes! We work with most major insurance companies and programs that help people on the road. We can often send your insurance company the bill for towing services that are covered. When you call, make sure you have your policy information on hand so we can check your coverage.
